Description
SFT Solution is looking for Level 2 Support Technicians in this position you will work on a client project that falls under the public sector in the city of Quebec.
Role:
Provide level 2 technical support, IT equipment management and deployment of office solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve hardware and software incidents (Windows workstations, peripherals, printers).
Diagnose and repair basic network problems (TCP/IP, VPN, DNS).
Manage user accounts via Azure AD.
Deployments & Maintenance:
Virtualization: Support virtual machines under VMware and Citrix.
Apply security updates and patches.
Ticket Management:
Escalate complex incidents to level 3 if necessary.
SAP (Basic):
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Windows Server/Client, Azure AD.
Experience with VMware, Citrix.
Knowledge of ServiceNow and SAP (user level).
Certifications: CompTIA A+ or Microsoft MD-100 (required).
Soft Skills: Impeccable French, ability to explain solutions in simple terms.
Required Profile:
Experience: Minimum 3 years in level 2 technical support.
