Position Summary
Join us in a high-impact role to drive growth at EarnIn. This function plays a critical role in how we use analytics to inform our business & marketing priorities, drive data-backed campaigns, deliver value across the consumer lifecycle and measure performance for future optimizations. You will work closely with our marketing (i.e. brand, growth, product marketing, LCM), product, and engineering teams to establish end-to-end funnel measurement & reporting, rigorous testing methodologies, and deployment of critical analytics tools.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000 – $245,000 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
What You’ll Do:
- Work closely with the marketing team to drive efficient growth for EarnIn through analysis, experimentation, and operational rigor
- Drive day-to-day performance analysis & provide both strategic and tactical recommendations across the marketing funnel
- Establish measurement frameworks and drive reporting excellence across various marketing domains (e.g. performance, brand, full-funnel marketing)
- Continuously upgrade and evolve our marketing measurement methodology (attribution, MMM, and experimentation)
- Partner with marketing leads to identify, design, and execute on experimentation opportunities across new & existing marketing channels and campaigns. Establish a culture of experimentation excellence across the marketing team
- Monitor & proactively surface/troubleshoot any problems across the marketing funnel & drive resolution of these issues
What We’re Looking For:
- 6+ years experience in marketing analytics/data science in a B2C role
- Strong understanding of marketing attribution, MMM, LTV/CAC, and ROAS
- Deep understanding of performance & measurement across key digital channels – e.g. Social, Search, Web, Television, App, etc.
- Experience designing, running, and interpreting experiments. Practical knowledge of testing methodologies and frameworks
- Expert experience with SQL and experience with Python or R
- Ability to extract insights from large data sets & seamlessly translate into actionable recommendations across the consumer journey
- Strong interpersonal skills and can work cross-functionally in team environments
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent processes while allowing for creative thinking and flexibility in ambiguous situations
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD degree in an analytical discipline or equivalent industry experience
- Curiosity and passion for deeply understanding analytical problems and translating this to stakeholders
- Prior experience managing performance marketing channels is a bonus
- Experience with full-funnel marketing/brand measurement is a bonus
- Experience in applied econometrics, forecasting, building regression models is a bonus
- Experience in Fintech is a bonus
