This is a remote position.
CA Builders is a U.S.-based construction and home improvement company seeking a Spanish-Speaking Telemarketer to support outbound calling and lead generation efforts. This role is responsible for contacting Spanish-speaking homeowners, introducing company services, and scheduling qualified appointments for the sales team.
The position requires confidence on the phone, strong communication skills in Spanish, and the ability to perform consistently in a high-volume outbound calling environment while meeting performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound calls to Spanish-speaking homeowners
• Follow provided call scripts to introduce company services professionally
• Qualify leads based on interest and basic criteria
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
• Maintain accurate call notes, outcomes, and records
• Meet daily and weekly calling and appointment-setting targets
• Maintain call quality, professionalism, and compliance with guidelines
Requirements
• Fluent in Spanish (verbal communication)
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone
• Previous experience in telemarketing, cold calling, or customer-facing roles
• Ability to handle high call volumes consistently
• Confident, goal-oriented, and resilient to rejection
• Ability to work full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours
• Reliable internet connection, headset, and quiet work environment
