Job Description
Your challenge on the team:
You will be responsible for ensuring the security, high availability, and performance of the IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in the cloud, including servers, internal LAN/WLAN networks, and corporate SaaS services. You will work on capacity planning, maintenance and support, as well as developing improvement and automation projects to strengthen the security and efficiency of the systems.
Their main deliverables:
- To ensure the security, availability, and performance of the internal network and servers, including AD/GPOs, NPS/Radius, Okta, and G-Suite.
- Monitor the performance of internet links and SaaS services, ensuring service continuity;
- Implement and automate on-premise and cloud IT solutions, integrating internal systems and SaaS;
- Support the integration process with acquired companies, ensuring technical alignment;
- To act as technical support for team analysts, contributing to the achievement of SLAs and satisfaction rates in the area.
The profile we are looking for:
- Solid experience in managing Linux and Windows servers, as well as in administering networks with NGFW (Next-Generation Firewall) firewalls;
- Skills in implementing on-premise and cloud IT solutions, with knowledge of AD/GPOs, Okta, and G-Suite;
- Experience with VMware ESX virtualization systems;
- Experience with IT infrastructure monitoring systems and centralized log management;
- Skills in automation using Shell Script, Python, or similar languages.
The following will be considered a plus:
- Cisco, Linux, Microsoft, Fortinet, Google, VMware, or ITIL certifications;
- Knowledge of Dell switches and Fortinet firewalls;
- Experience with Cisco wireless networks;
- Expertise in Google Workspace;
- Experience in IT auditing;
- To be (or aspire to be) an active member of the community, sharing knowledge both inside and outside the company through events, articles, mentoring, volunteer initiatives, open source projects, etc.
