Who You Are:
HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Financial Analytics Manager to join our growing FP&A team. This highly visible, hands-on role will help drive the financial data and analytics foundation that powers the company’s reporting, forecasting, and public company readiness initiatives.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between Finance and Business data — writing queries, structuring datasets, and building scalable frameworks that enable Finance to operate with precision and confidence. You’ll partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Investor Relations, Accounting, and Business Intelligence to drive accuracy, automation, and insight across our key financial metrics.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is equal parts technical and financial, thrives in a data-rich SaaS environment, and is eager to have impact at scale.
What You Will Do
– Own the financial data and analytics infrastructure that powers HighLevel’s forecasting, reporting, and IPO-readiness efforts; ensure Finance has access to timely, accurate, and trusted data
– Design, build, and maintain data products including models, dashboards, and reporting frameworks that deliver actionable insights to Finance and executive leadership
– Lead KPI stewardship – develop and refine key performance metrics and financial data structures, ensuring consistency and accuracy across ARR, GRR, NRR, CAC, LTV, and other core SaaS KPIs
– Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform large data sets from systems (billing, CRM, HRIS, data warehouse) into analysis-ready outputs
– Partner cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, BI, and Data Engineering to align on data sources, definitions, and reporting standards
– Drive the development of scalable, automated analytics processes, improving accuracy, efficiency, and speed-to-insight across Finance
– Establish and uphold data governance and quality standards within the Finance domain, ensuring a single source of truth for critical metrics used across the business
– Champion a data-driven culture within Finance, helping elevate analytical rigor and consistency as the company scales toward public-company readiness
What You Bring
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
– 10+ years total, or 8+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, Data Analytics, or a hybrid role within a high-growth SaaS environment
– Advanced SQL proficiency required; experience with data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) strongly preferred
– Deep understanding of financial data structures, SaaS metrics, and concepts related to revenue, billing, and expense modeling
– Experience with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and FP&A platforms (e.g., Abacum, Pigment)
– Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver scalable data solutions
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; able to structure and communicate complex financial data clearly and persuasively
– Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
