 Sales Analyst (Sales Development Representative) 

As an SDR you will be on the frontline of the sales team responsible for creative and intuitive prospecting. In this role, you will utilize unique methods to generate interest and create new company relationships for one or more divisions, product lines, or market segments.

The Purpose of Your Role

In this rewarding role, you will work collaboratively with a team of driven sales professionals, supported by our marketing team, to engage qualified prospects for sales executives.

The Qualifications We’re Looking For

•         Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience

•         Minimum 3 years of funnel development and outbound prospecting experience

•         A technology first mindset, ability to utilize existing company technology solutions and leverage and introduce other advanced tools to expand your impact

•         Track record of achieving quota in a sales specialist or other similar role

•         Excellent prospecting abilities, creativity a plus

•         Motivated by a commission-based comp plan

•         Confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders

•         Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication skills

•         Ability to thrives in a fast-paced, collaboration team environment

•         Ability to develop and implement a plan of action

•         Strong computer skills, including Salesforce and Microsoft products

The Value You Deliver

·         Collaborate to understand business needs and develop specific prospecting strategies.

·         Compiles and analyzes statistics pertinent to the company’s business development.

·         Collaborate with SVP (Senior Vice President) and sales team to define mutual success and agree on expectations for timeframes, prospect quality and quantity, and frequency of updates

·         Provide information and feedback to assist sales executives with prospect details and strategic points

·         Contribute to business discussions on industry trends, sharing market knowledge with team, and serving as the subject matter expert as requested

·         Prioritize, manage, and communicate to ensure success-oriented support of the team
