What to Expect in This Role:
You will be part of our growing marketing team, which currently includes around 40 people across our affiliate, SEO, and technical teams.
There are many exciting tasks and challenges ahead! You’ll have the opportunity to be creative, as we’re always open to fresh ideas for finding and testing new traffic sources.
We’re not just looking for someone to manage basic partnerships (like creating links, updating promotions, and tracking performance); we want someone who’s passionate about continuously testing new products and approaches in affiliate marketing.
Your Responsibilities:
- Creating and launching Facebook Ads;
- Managing advertising campaigns;
- Monitoring KPIs;
- Generating ideas for new sources and strategies;
- Tracking, analysing, and optimising campaigns;
- Performing in-depth performance analysis to increase ROI and profit.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Strong planning and organisational skills;
- 1+ year of experience as a Media Buyer;
- 1+ year of hands-on experience with Facebook Ads;
- Confident user of tools such as Keitaro, spy services, etc.;
- Ability to manage large budgets effectively.
