•Craft and orchestrate a demand generation strategy for achieving the EMEA pipeline targets, in partnership with Field, Package Marketing, Customer Marketing, and Sales teams.

•Forecast and measure the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline and revenue; adjust prioritisation as needed to improve outcomes.

•Develop audience segmentation best practices, integrating them into campaign playbooks.

•Ensure messaging is aligned with Samsara’s value propositions and resonates with target audiences.

•Strategize, build and execute email campaigns, webinars, content marketing, direct mail, engagement and nurturing, sales enablement, and more.

•Bring new ideas and experiments across each channel to optimize for growth.

•Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.

🎯 Requirements

•Experience in demand gen, growth or campaign marketing with a proven ability to manage end-to-end campaign build and execution and contribute to broader go-to-market strategies.

•Analytical skills with experience using data to drive business impact.

•Be highly collaborative and have a strong track record of planning, building, and managing large-scale campaigns.

•Excellent stakeholder management skills with an ability to succinctly communicate cross-functionally and with executives.

•Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with light content creation.

•Loves trying new things, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and getting stuff done in a fast-paced environment.

•Marketing automation experience with Marketo or similar platforms, Direct Mail platform experience a plus.
