Job Summary:

We’re seeking a Marketing Lead to spearhead our digital growth initiatives, with a strong focus on SEO strategy and execution. You’ll be responsible for developing and leading a data-driven marketing roadmap that enhances Sortitt’s digital presence, drives qualified traffic, and generates leads across all verticals.

Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Execution:

Lead and implement advanced SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).

Conduct regular audits, keyword research, competitor analysis, and SERP optimization.

Collaborate with tech and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.

  • Content Marketing:

Oversee creation of high-quality, SEO-optimized content (blogs, landing pages, case studies, etc.).

Design and manage content calendars aligned with SEO and brand goals.

  • Performance Marketing:

Manage digital ad campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) for lead generation and brand visibility.

Optimize CAC and ROI on paid channels.

  • Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs including website traffic, conversions, rankings, and campaign performance.

Provide monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

  • Brand Positioning:

Collaborate with leadership to refine brand messaging and visual identity across Sortitt’s verticals.

Manage social media presence and engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 4+years of experience in digital marketing with a strong SEO background.
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
  • Proficient with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, Search Console, Screaming Frog).
  • Strong knowledge of performance marketing and ad platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in startups or remote-first environments is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s is a plus).
