[Hiring] Marketing Designer at Birdie HR

We are experiencing rapid growth and are seeking a highly creative Designer with innovative ideas. By joining our creative design department, which already comprises 4 talented individuals specializing in marketing, graphics, motion, and illustration, you’ll become an integral part of our design marketing division.

Your primary focus will be generating and designing graphics for partners’ websites (betting, casino, etc.).

We tackle various tasks and challenges, creating diverse and unique content that may include materials for adult audiences. If you are passionate about unleashing your creativity and ready to take on exciting projects, we’d love to have you on board.

What you need to succeed in this role:

• Knowledge of the English language;
• Figma is a must-have;
• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, AAE, etc.;
• Experience with creating marketing creatives;
• Creative and non-standard thinking;
• Attention to detail, high level of self-organization, and time management.

Will be an advantage:

• Experience in game dev, iGaming, sports, and other entertainment spheres;
• Experience in using AI for designers (incl. Midjourney).

You will be expected to:

• Designing SMM banners, short videos, landings and GIFs;
• Generating new creative approaches and ideas for advertising in collaboration with the marketing team;
• Designing and adapting creatives for social media.
