Job Description

Overview
We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Marketing Coordinator to act as the central hub across all marketing initiatives. This role sits between strategy and execution, ensuring campaigns across organic, paid, and brand channels are aligned, on time, and performance-driven.

You’ll function as a “chief of staff” for marketing—bringing structure, visibility, and accountability to everything we do.

Work Setup

  • Full-time, fully remote
  • Contractor position
  • Must be available to work in U.S. Los Angeles (PST) time zone

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage marketing campaigns from planning to execution
  • Align cross-functional teams (content, SEO, paid media, design, sales)
  • Support organic growth initiatives (SEO, content, social)
  • Assist with paid campaigns (Google, Meta), tracking budgets and performance
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and report on KPIs (CAC, ROAS, lead volume)
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and monitor market/competitor activity
  • Improve workflows and keep all initiatives organized and on track

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years in marketing coordination, growth, or operations
  • Strong understanding of organic and paid channels
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Data-driven with ability to track and interpret performance
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills
