About the role

Concept Plus is seeking an IT Support Specialist who will be part of the IT Operations team supporting system operation and internal end users. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and be a detail-oriented self-starter with an upbeat and positive attitude.

What you’ll do

• Assist NOAA staff with desktop and connectivity support
• Configure, troubleshoot, and repair computers, with limited application support
• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, and connectivity
• Work as part of the IT Operations team to ensure IT Support tickets are responded to in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate IT Support tickets.
• Document troubleshooting steps and help develop improvement processes.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship
• Ability to obtain and/or maintain a public trust clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Management Information Systems preferred) or 4 years of relevant experience
• 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience
• Experience with Windows OS and MacOS.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Microsoft Teams
