Job Description:
This job is responsible for driving accurate, complete, and timely delivery of data. Key responsibilities include working with business stakeholders and technology teams to direct data management activities and ensure availability for use by appropriate consumers. Job expectations include managing execution within the enterprise data management standards, data quality, and control practices.
Position Summary:
Lead and manage sustainable business operations for digital objects and tracking technologies (ePrivacy Operations) impacted by privacy regulatory requirements. Lead strategic and multi-generational planning towards a competitive privacy landscape in the digital age. Drive process enhancements, technology initiatives, and business operational efficiencies for sustainable compliance with privacy laws, rules, regulations, and guidance (LRRG). Manage centralized implementations of compliance solutions for data privacy LRRG requirements impacting various business segments across the globe. Work with Privacy Policy and Governance, EAC Privacy COR, Privacy Legal, and FLU/ CFs across all regions to mitigate compliance and operational risks tied to privacy LRRGs. A strong background in compliance and/ or data privacy regulation is preferred. Must have strong program and project management skills to manage and produce key deliverables timely and effectively. Must have strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Must have the ability to communicate with and influence at various levels of leadership. Must have strong documentation and organizational skills to manage and compile evidence.
Responsibilities:
- Works with Line of Business partners, including Compliance, Audit, and Risk to understand needs and produce data solutions, often times in partnership with Technology
- Identifies gaps in data management standards adherence and works with appropriate partners to develop plans for resolution, including recommendations so that relevant risk and compliance policies and standards are met
- Analyzes emerging needs for data to address risk, regulatory, or business enablement priorities and appropriately plans for interim and target state solutions within data management policies
- Monitors key performance indicators and internal controls in accordance with established thresholds, standards, and policies​
- Lead tactical and strategic efforts to implement operational efficiencies and transformation work on digital objects and tracking technologies impacted by privacy laws, rules, and regulations (LRRs)
- Lead coordination efforts between Privacy Regulatory Adherence, GCOR, Privacy Legal and FLU/CF stakeholders to comply privacy LRRGs and adhere to various enterprise policies and standards impacting privacy capabilities
- Manage key business operations including ongoing inspection and validation of processes, risks, controls, and metrics for ePrivacy Operations; review and validation of key operational performance metrics and identification of OpEx opportunities; ongoing oversight of policies and standards adherence, as well as enterprise attestation activities
- Provide key support for technology implementations, business requirements, systems/ database design, and operational implementations of toolsets
- Engage in ongoing strategic planning and multi-generational initiatives roadmap
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of strong project management experience
- 5+ years of risk management experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
