Job Summary

The CRM Data Analyst plays a key role in ensuring data accuracy, building reports, and providing actionable insights to support all teams across the company. This position combines process management and analytical work to help the organization make data-driven decisions that improve efficiency, performance, and revenue outcomes.

The role is both independent and collaborative, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams to maintain data integrity and deliver strategic analysis.

Duties and Responsibilities

 

System Maintenance & Processes:

  • Hubspot Data Cleansing and Maintenance: Regularly audit Hubspot to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency in the Sales Pipeline and account assignments. Cleanse data to eliminate duplicates and inaccuracies across CRM and reporting systems.
  • Plunet Data Cleansing and Maintenance: Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Plunet for Customer Groups and account assignments.
  • Creation of Companies in Plunet: Responsible for the creation of companies in Plunet and the requesters.
  • Systems Synchronization: Oversee the synchronization of data between Hubspot and Plunet to eliminate discrepancies and ensure alignment.
  • CRM Support Liaison: Providing support and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration with Hubspot Support to resolve any team-initiated queries.
  • Maintain and optimize current processes, automations, and reporting. Monitor adoption and usage across departments for alignment and data integrity. Adjust and scale processes as the company’s needs evolve to support growth and efficiency.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and make data-driven recommendations.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Sales Performance Tracking: Collaborate with the Sales Operations Manager to maintain, update, and analyze reports and dashboards. Focus on monitoring key sales performance metrics and conversion rates.
  • Tool Utilization: Utilize platforms such as HubSpot and Excel, along with other necessary tools, to build, update, and analyze reporting data.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that can be easily understood by non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide ad-hoc analysis and support strategic decision-making.

Projects:

  • Ad-Hoc Support: Quickly address and fulfill data needs and ad-hoc requests from various departments across the organization.
  • Support Revenue Operations initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 1-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a data-driven or analytical role.
  • Prior experience as a Data Analyst, RevOps Analyst, or Marketing/Sales Operations Analyst is a strong plus.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success teams preferred.
  • Project management or process optimization experience is an asset.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Courses or certifications in data analysis, business analytics, or related fields are considered a plus.
  • HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Reporting, RevOps, or Marketing Software.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with advanced formulas knowledge.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of maintaining data quality.
  • Data-driven, fast learner, and adaptable to new tools or processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to provide valuable insights and maintain a high-level understanding of all RevOps processes.
  • Innovative and proactive approach to process improvement and automation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple requests, and adapt to shifting priorities.

Language Requirements

  • English fluency required (spoken and written).
