Job Summary: 

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Vice President of Developer Experience to lead and elevate our global developer engagement strategy. This leader will be responsible for ensuring that every aspect of the development lifecycle—from onboarding to deployment—is intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable. You will champion the voice of the developer and serve as a critical bridge between engineering, product, and design teams to create a world-class developer journey.

Key Outcomes and Deliverables:

  • Define and own the developer experience strategy, driving initiatives that improve usability, reduce friction, and optimize developer workflows.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Package, Engineering, and Customer Success to advocate for tools, frameworks, and documentation that empower developers.
  • Lead and scale a high-performing team focused on developer enablement, tooling, community support, and platform feedback loops.
  • Continuously collect insights from internal and external developers to influence roadmap decisions and prioritize impactful improvements.
  • Represent the developer voice in executive discussions, ensuring alignment between product capabilities and developer needs.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role driving developer experience, developer relations, or platform strategy at scale.
  • Deep understanding of modern development practices, CI/CD pipelines, APIs, SDKs, and tooling ecosystems.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • A passion for building delightful, high-impact solutions that simplify and accelerate the developer journey.
