Job Description
We’re hiring an Developer Relations Manager for a fast-growing AI infrastructure startup building the safety and control layer for large-scale AI systems.
The Company Behind the Role:
- AI-native product company operating in the AI safety & infrastructure space.

- Processing large-scale AI traffic across enterprise environments.
- Training and fine-tuning proprietary models for performance & reliability.
- Small, highly technical team shipping fast.
The company builds the control and evaluation layer for AI systems – helping organizations define, test, and enforce how AI behaves in real-world environments.
Your Impact:
- Own startup’s public technical presence through developer content, demos, and tutorials.
- Build and grow a developer community through hackathons, meetups, and direct engagement.
- Run developer-facing channels such as X and LinkedIn.
- Translate complex AI infrastructure into clear and useful developer content.
This is a hands-on 0–1 role focused on building developer community and presence from scratch.
Your Superpower:
- 3+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or similar roles.
- Strong ability to create technical content developers actually use and share.
- Solid intuition around AI, ML, and developer tools.
- Proactive, high-performing builder who enjoys creating things from scratch.
- Excellent communicator able to explain complex ideas clearly
- Fluent English.
Bonus Points If:
- Public technical presence (blog, talks, videos, open source).
- Experience with security, infrastructure, or developer-first products.
