Wishpond Technologies currently has the position of Director of Marketing Fulfillment available, and we’re excited to tell you about it!
OVERVIEW
We are searching for a Director of Marketing Fulfillment (we call it Director of Fulfillment) to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, and the successful individual could be based anywhere in Canada. You will work with an amazing remote team servicing and building relationships with clients primarily based in the US and Canada.
As the Director of Fulfillment, you will oversee marketing departments at Wishpond, including Ads, SE, Copywriting, etc, ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. You’ll also play a key strategic role in marketing operations, supporting campaign performance, brand consistency, and client growth initiatives.
In collaboration with the entire team, the Director of Fulfillment is responsible for the success of Wishpond Technologies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Oversee the performance management, career development, training, and recruitment of the Fulfillment Team (Ads, SEO, Copywriting, etc).
• Lead and support marketing strategy execution to ensure client campaigns deliver measurable results and align with overall business goals.
• Manage the relationships with clients, ensure client requirements are delivered, negotiate business outcomes, address escalations and deliver innovative growth and retention strategies.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to oversee client onboarding, communication, and ongoing satisfaction.
• Address, with team members, the needs of the client and formulate a plan to support and deliver it.
• Understand individual client requirements.
• Ensure the development and continual refinement of the team.
• Meet high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and credibility.
• Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing team members with diverse backgrounds.
• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and client account management.
• Strong experience with implementing policies, procedures, and processes.
• Proven experience in SMB online marketing.
• Self-motivated with the ability to establish goals and reach them.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interface with all levels and departments (internal and external) on a formal, informal, written and verbal basis.
• Strong overall business and interpersonal skills, including planning, presentation skills, and business acumen.
• As part of a diverse team, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Must be a problem solver and results-driven.
• Must be tech-savvy.
• Organized, administratively strong.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of a second language is an asset.
• Willing to participate in ongoing education and training for the role.
• Intermediate to advanced Word, PowerPoint and Excel Skills.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
• This is a 100% remote position, and the individual could be based anywhere in Canada
• The individual must be prepared to work standard business hours based on the Pacific Time Zone
• Due to the nature of this role, we may verify backgrounds, including conducting employment references, criminal record, and credit checks
• Once hired, the successful candidate must provide a valid government-issued photo ID, proof of SIN and proof of residential address as part of their onboarding process.
