The SDR Manager is responsible for guiding and mentoring a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a focus on the SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments. The SDR Manager will coach team members in effort to drive revenue growth and meet sales pipeline goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and manage a team of SDRs to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds assigned quotas through 1:1s with SDRs and through transparent conversations.
  • Source and distribute outbound leads for SDRs to qualify and contact.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies, processes, and methodologies to maximize lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth within the SMB, mid-market and enterprise segments.
  • Continuously monitor individual and team performance, analyzing key metrics, and providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and training to enhance performance and drive improvements.
  • Analyze and review the success metrics within Outreach.io – update content and sequences based on success patterns
  • Track, analyze, and report on team performance metrics, including lead conversion rates, pipeline progression, and revenue generated, providing regular updates to management.
  • Work closely with other sales leaders, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align strategies, share best practices, and drive overall business objectives.
  • Responsible for Onboarding new SDRs. Coordinate and schedule all new hire training, shadowing, role playing. Identify individual and team training needs, provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities, and support the professional growth of team members through collaboration with Sales Managers for SDRs to shadow AEs.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments within the SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments and provide strategic recommendations to drive revenue growth.

  • Collaborate with other Sales Managers and Executive team to sustain alignment of overall department goals

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Prior managerial experience leading a high-volume cold calling center
  • 5+ years of sales experience
  • Experience with CRM tool to manage leads, activities, and pipeline. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce.com, and Outreach.io
  • Track record of attaining quota and overachievement
  • Ability to conceptualize and explain complex concepts in a clear and compelling way
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively and independently
  • Ability to coach and inspire Sales professionals
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of the Beauty, Salon, Spa or Clinic Industries a plus
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
