[Hiring] Developer Relations Engineer – Crypto at Career Renew

Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients a Developer Relations Engineer – Crypto – this is a fully remote role, but candidates need to be based in US/Europe.

We are building a Based Appchain framework of Ethereum. This “Based Stack” enables people to spin up app-specific L2s that are composable with Ethereum mainnet and other app chains.

Also Preconfirmations are built on top of our core contracts. We use “The Preconfirmation Router” to power seamless preconfirmation integration with existing wallet and RPC infrastructure.

Our team is distributed globally. We are passionate about building better infrastructure and supported by leading investors in crypto space.

Core Scope of Work

1. Technical Content Creation:

• Write detailed tutorials, blog posts, and guides explaining how to build on Based Stack.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including FAQs, API references, and SDK usage guides.

1. Code Samples and Templates:

• Provide starter kits and example projects for various use cases.
• Maintain GitHub repositories with well-documented, open-source code samples.

1. Technical Support and Scaling Assistance:

• Provide personalized support for projects during onboarding.
• Assist developers in optimizing their appchains for scalability and performance.

1. Community Engagement:

• Actively manage developer forums, Discord, Telegram, or any community channels.
• Collect feedback from developers and communicate it back to the engineering team for improvements.

Additional scope of work

Ecosystem Growth:

• Integrate popular developer tools into Based Stack.
• Collaborate with existing L2-focused projects or other appchains to highlight unique synergies.
• Provide tooling and guidance to help developers create cross-chain or interoperable dApps.

Events:

• Represent Spire Labs at major blockchain conferences.
• Host meetups or webinars specifically targeting appchain developers.
• Offer workshops, bootcamps, or step-by-step onboarding sessions to educate developers on building appchains as Based Rollups.

Proven experience actively managing developer forums, Discord, Telegram, or any community channels.

Software Engineering experience

Extensive developer relations experience

Strong understanding of Ethereum layer 1, block building pipeline, rollups etc.

Knowledge on based rollups and preconfirmations is a nice to have, as well as knowledge of mev.
