Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for a Data Analyst/Specialist to work alongside our Business Development team to collect, process, and perform statistical analyses. Data Analyst is expected to use their skills in mathematics, statistics, and programming to gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets to help the organization make data-driven decisions. This position requires a comprehensive understanding of data analysis principles, technical proficiency, and effective communication skills. As a Data Analyst/specialist, you’ll have the opportunity to interact with professionals from various backgrounds and contribute to real-world projects. The work environment emphasizes creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The Data Analyst/Specialist will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Create weekly and monthly reports delivered via google spreadsheets.
- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies.
- Assist in the development of algorithms and models to use in data analysis.
- Develop reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data-driven insights to the teams in the organization.
- Filter and “clean” data by reviewing reports and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
- Capture opportunity data for all sources (leads, master contracts, publicly available, etc.)
Mandatory Experience:
- Must have experience working with large datasets and databases.
- Must have previous experience obtained through work, school work or internship.
- Must have knowledge in machine learning algorithms and techniques.
- Must have experience with Excel sheets, Google sheets, Data analytics, & AI.
- Must possess a degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Must be familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau, Microsoft Power BI etc.
- Must be familiar with data manipulation libraries
Desirable Experience:
- Ability to interpret and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with current Data related technologies.
