Job Description
SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture capital world. Together with our co-founders, we assemble strong teams to launch tech businesses and win in global markets.
We are growing and want our customers to have the best experience possible. That’s why we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to help us maintain our high standards and become even better.
You will:
— Respond to customer inquiries via chat and other communication channels;
— Explain the platform’s rules and policies in clear language;
— Handle requests related to errors or difficulties in using the product;
— Fix bugs and transfer them to the technical team;
— Collect and transfer customer feedback to the relevant teams;
— Update and supplement the external knowledge base so that customers can find answers to their questions on their own.
What we expect:
— Intermediate+ English, written: communication will be via chat;
— Experience working with customers: by phone, mail, in chats and/or live;
— Responsibility and organization.
