Job Description

Role: Central Support Specialist
Office Location: Hybrid (home/office) – within travelling distance of one of our hubs
Working Hours: 37 hours per week between 07:00 – 19:00
Reporting To: Central Support Team Leader – Business Support

The team:

To provide truly outstanding client service we work as one team. Our Business Operations Group is made up of business professionals who work with our legal professionals to provide market leading expertise to our clients.  The Groups include; Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, IT, Risk and Executive Leadership team.

The role:

To work as part of the Managed Central Services team, to provide a high quality and efficient full range of administration services to the firm.

What you will be doing:

An assortment of tasks involving inputting and updating key information within the firm’s systems including:
  • billing support
  • electronic payment processing
  • system detail creation and amendment
  • document enquiries
  • Any other duties commensurate with the post

What you will need:

  • Experience of working in a similar role within professional services
  • Excellent IT skills with good knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and PDF software.
  • First rate written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines, whist remaining calm and professional
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to multi task
