As a Business Development Officer, you will play a key role in driving growth and advancing our mission by identifying, developing, and nurturing B2B relationships. Your primary focus will be on expanding our customer base across Western Canada, building strategic partnerships and increasing brand awareness while strengthening existing relationships within the bereavement sector.

  • Proven success in B2B sales, ideally in financial services, insurance, or a related industry
  • A hunter mentality, you love finding and closing new opportunities
  • A strategic mindset with a love for data, trends, and creative problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to make things happen
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regionally and by air
  • Experience in business development, sales, or marketing (bonus points for bereavement sector knowledge)
