Responsibilities:

* Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking.

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

* Present our recruitment services to prospective clients effectively.

* Collaborate with our Delivery Consultant team to understand their needs and priorities.

Qualifications:

* Proven track record in business development or sales.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

* Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively.

* Exceptional ability to work under pressure and cope with setbacks, as well as resilience.

* Strong understanding of the recruitment industry is a plus.

* Prior experience working in international recruitment industry is a plus.

**Compensation:**

* This is a commission-based role with no base salary.

* Generous commission structure based on successfully acquired clients and filled positions.

**Time Commitment:**

* We are seeking individuals who can dedicate a minimum amount of time each day to business development activities.
