I developed CRM and Loyalty Strategies to meet business stakeholders’ expectations.

Retention results
I increased email OR\CR by 100% in BRLAB with CDP and loyalty system. I made a chatbot for sales nurturing with more than 90% conversion. Modern AI tools were added to our daily instruments.
I made CRM the second most valuable channel after paid media. Micro-segmentation and A\B testing in the CDP platform leveraged our performance to the next level. I Can manage 1+ mln customer databases and multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, web/mobile push, and SMS.

Project budget and deadline estimation
Most of my projects (80%) followed the timeline and budget because all typical risks were mitigated early. In addition, I have solid IT skills, which help me to discuss solution architecture, choose project methodology, and make data-driven decisions.
