The Impact You Will Make

Risepoint is building a national Healthcare Employer First strategy that partners directly with hospitals, health systems, employers, and higher education institutions to address today’s most pressing healthcare workforce challenges. Rather than leading with academic programs, this strategy begins by understanding employers’ workforce priorities and co-developing solutions that strengthen talent pipelines across nursing, allied health, medical imaging, behavioral health, leadership, and other critical healthcare professions.

The Senior Healthcare Employer Marketing Manager independently owns the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream within Risepoint’s Healthcare Employer First strategy. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Healthcare Solutions, this role is accountable for translating business priorities, employer insights, and growth objectives into an integrated employer marketing and engagement planning that attracts priority healthcare decision-makers, generates qualified demand, strengthens strategic pursuits, and contributes measurably to pipeline progression and new partnerships.

The role establishes the workstream priorities, operating plan, and measurement framework and makes day-to-day decisions regarding employer audiences, campaigns, content priorities, field activation, sales enablement, conferences and events, and deployment of marketing resources. Working within broader Healthcare Solutions and Risepoint strategy, the role independently drives execution across cross-functional partners and is accountable for ensuring the workstream delivers against agreed business outcomes.

This individual serves as the primary owner for how Healthcare Employer First priorities are translated into employer-facing marketing activation. The role  uses employer research, field intelligence, pipeline needs, and performance data to determine where marketing effort should be focused, establish standards for employer-facing messaging and enablement, and continuously optimize the workstream based on measurable results.

How You Will Bring Our Mission to Life

What You Will Do

• Own the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream, including annual and quarterly priorities, operating plans, performance measures, and execution against Healthcare Employer First business objectives.

• Develop and independently manage the integrated employer go-to-market plan across targeted campaigns, field marketing, conferences and events, thought leadership, executive engagement, content, and sales enablement.

• Determine employer marketing priorities and recommend allocation of resources based on employer research, field intelligence, pipeline needs, market opportunity, and Healthcare Employer First growth priorities.

• Own the employer audience and messaging plans, defining priority decision-makers, workforce challenges, differentiated value propositions, proof points, and calls to action across employer segments and channels.

• Establish and manage the operating rhythm for Healthcare Employer Marketing, including priorities, calendars, deliverables, cross-functional dependencies, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization.

• Own marketing activation for priority healthcare employer pursuits, determining the research, messaging, content, executive engagement, campaign support, and follow-through needed to help advance agreed opportunities.

• Set standards and governance for employer-facing content and sales enablement, ensuring teams have consistent, current, differentiated resources and determining when assets should be created, refreshed, scaled, or retired.

• Lead development of employer-facing content across email campaigns, executive briefs, one pagers, pitch decks, proposals, case studies, ROI-focused leave behinds, needs assessments, thought leadership, web content, social media, webinars, and other channels that support demand generation and partnership development.

• Own Healthcare Employer First conference and engagement marketing, establishing activation plans and coordinating messaging, presentations, collateral, lead capture, executive engagement, display assets, and post-event follow-through with Business Development, Brand, associations, and event partners.

• Lead Healthcare Employer Research and Insights, synthesizing account intelligence, employer workforce priorities, market trends, competitive intelligence, stakeholder research, and field feedback into recommendations that shape go-to-market decisions, deal development, targeted messaging, and future solutions.

• Partner with Healthcare Workforce Partnerships and Business Development leaders on priority employer opportunities, using marketing and employer insights to inform stakeholder plans, value propositions, differentiation, meeting objectives, and pathways to advance the partnership.

• Lead cross-functional Healthcare Employer Marketing workstreams and pursuit-related marketing activation across Healthcare Solutions, Business Development, Package, Academic Strategy, Marketing, Brand, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other partners, establishing priorities, owners, timelines, decision points, and deliverables necessary to advance agreed business objectives.

• Build and maintain the workstream’s performance infrastructure, including dashboards, opportunity briefs, content calendars, decision logs, campaign reporting, meeting preparation resources, and other operating tools that create visibility, accountability, and momentum.

• Translate complex healthcare workforce solutions, including nursing pathways, allied health and medical imaging programs, train-to-hire models, healthcare apprenticeships, tuition investment strategies, Skilltrade, OPEN, and future offerings, into clear and compelling employer-relevant positioning and messaging.

• Measure and optimize workstream performance using employer engagement, qualified leads, pipeline influence, opportunity progression, content adoption, and partnership outcomes to inform future decisions and priorities.

• Maintain a comprehensive and governed library of Healthcare Employer First research, source materials, employer-facing assets, presentations, proof points, and reusable resources so teams can easily access current, accurate, and on-message materials.

• Exercise independent judgment within the Healthcare Employer Marketing workstream, proactively resolving execution issues, managing competing priorities, escalating material risks when appropriate, and ensuring reliable delivery against business priorities.

What Success Looks Like

• Employer research and field insights shape go-to-market decisions, deal development, audience, and targeted messaging to address healthcare workforce needs.

• Healthcare Workforce Partnerships and Business Development leaders have consistent, current content and sales resources that enable them to communicate a clear, differentiated employer value proposition and respond to opportunities effectively.

• Priority healthcare employer pursuits receive focused marketing activation based on business need, opportunity stage, audience, and pathway to advancement.

• Campaigns, conferences, events, executive engagement, and thought leadership produce measurable contributions to qualified pipeline, progression of priority opportunities, and new partnerships.

• Cross-functional partners understand priorities, ownership, milestones, and decision points, enabling timely and disciplined execution of Healthcare Employer Marketing priorities.
