- Strategic Account Business Management and Growth: Develop and execute strategic account plans that protect

- medical device OEMs. Call points may include R&D, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and business leadership.
- Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed assigned new business and revenue targets by applying effective sales strategies,
- disciplined pipeline management, and strong execution.
- Market and Industry Expertise: Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, technological advancements, and
- the competitive landscape relevant to advanced plastics and medical device manufacturing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams in Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Quality, and
- Finance to evaluate opportunities, develop solutions, and ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Pricing and Proposals: Manage pricing and proposal activities, including new business quotes, existing business
- renewals, and price changes, while supporting competitive positioning and effective negotiations.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with Account Managers and other commercial stakeholders to coordinate strategic
- account priorities, advance growth strategies, and maintain alignment on business development goals.
- Environmental Working Conditions:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Field-based with home office flexibility.
- 25%-75% travel, depending on territory and account requirements.
