Position Overview:
The Business Development Specialist is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients and partners, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. This role focuses on generating leads, expanding market presence, and assisting the business development team in achieving revenue targets.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Identify and research potential clients, markets, and opportunities for growth.
- Generate leads and support sales efforts through outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services.
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company’s services.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities.
