Position Summary:
Ascension Business Solutions LLC is seeking a highly driven, relationship-focused
Business Development Coordinator to support growth across home care, home health, and
healthcare-related markets, including physician offices, DME, and other medical service
sectors.
This role is responsible for building relationships, generating opportunities, and helping
convert prospects into booked demos and signed clients through conferences, site visits,
webinars, and strategic outreach.
This is a growth-facing, high-impact role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments
and is confident engaging decision-makers
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
- Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Engage healthcare owners, operators, and decision-makers
- Generate and qualify leads, converting them into scheduled demos
- Conduct outreach before and after events to build pipeline
2. Relationship Building
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and partners
- Conduct site visits and in-person meetings as needed
- Position ABS as a long-term strategic partner
3. Webinars, Demos & Events
- Support and coordinate webinars, lunch & learns, and educational sessions
- Drive attendance and engagement
- Convert attendees into qualified opportunities
4. Pipeline Management & Follow-Through
- Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate records
- Execute consistent and timely follow-up
- Ensure opportunities move forward and do not stall

Preferred Experience

- Physician or Medical Office environments
- Healthcare staffing or recruiting
- DME (Durable Medical Equipment)
- Pharmaceutical or medical sales
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in business development, sales, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience with networking, events, or outreach preferred
- Organized with strong follow-up discipline
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Willingness to travel as needed
