Tyto Athene is searching for an Enterprise Architecture Analyst to support the development of architecture standards and best practices for IT systems, including hardware, software, and networking components, to translate business requirements into technical designs and roadmaps that anticipate future needs and scalability, optimize systems for efficiency and security, and ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update architect documentation, boundary diagrams and workflows, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Create and maintain detailed DoDAF-based views of existing and future business and IT solutions.
  • Perform impact analysis to support organization’s change request process.
  • Engineer scalable enterprise solutions to enhance system performance, reliability, and integration.
  • Understand industry best practices and align them with customer’s strategic priorities.
  • Track new and relevant DoW or NIST requirements pertaining to Artificial Intelligence, Zero Trust or IT Modernization.
  • Conduct usability and security tests to verify compliance with quality standards.
  • Contribute to the development of governance processes, policies, and standards.
  • Support Zero Trust principles throughout system design and lifecycle.
  • Support relevant cybersecurity and Risk Management Framework initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource to development teams and engineers.

Qualifications

Desired:

  • Detailed knowledge of Department of Defense Architecture Framework (DoDAF).
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and system integration.
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio and Bizzdesign tools Hopex, Alfabet or Horizzon.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architecture governance policies and practices.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to balance technical requirements with business strategy.
  • Mature analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
