This is a remote position.

We are seeking a Customer Account Data Entry Specialist to maintain accurate customer account records across our CRM/ERP systems. You’ll support account setup, profile updates, and data quality checks that help sales, billing, and customer service operate smoothly.

Responsibilities

  • Create new customer accounts and enter required profile details
  • Update contact information, billing/shipping addresses, and account notes
  • Maintain customer terms, tax documentation fields, and required identifiers (as applicable)
  • Validate account data for completeness and formatting consistency
  • Identify and merge duplicates; correct inaccurate or outdated records
  • Upload and link supporting documents to the correct customer record
  • Support customer service/sales teams with account information requests
  • Maintain logs of updates and follow documentation standards

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years experience in data entry, customer records, or CRM administration preferred
  • Strong proficiency with spreadsheets and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
