[Hiring] Corporate Marketing Manager at CAI Software, LLC

Job Overview

Job Description

About the Role

CAI Software, an STG portfolio company, is a fast-growing, private equity–backed business at the forefront of ERP and process manufacturing solutions. We are seeking a Corporate Marketing Manager to lead the company’s corporate-level marketing initiatives — including brand, website, internal and external communications, and execution of marketing programs supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.

This role will serve as the functional marketing lead for CAI’s corporate brand and rebrand execution, working closely with the Transformation, IT, HR, and Business Unit marketing teams to ensure a consistent and unified presence across the organization. While each business unit manages its own demand generation, this role owns corporate marketing strategy and execution, partnering with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality, on-brand programs and content.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage CAI’s corporate website, including content updates, analytics, and vendor oversight.
  • Serve as project lead for corporate marketing initiatives, including company-wide communications, thought leadership, sponsorships, and brand programs.
  • Develop and manage corporate-level communications, including press releases, internal announcements, newsletters, and employee messaging.
  • Maintain a consistent corporate brand identity, ensuring alignment across business units, materials, and channels.
  • Act as the central point of contact for marketing vendors, overseeing contracts, budgets, renewals, and performance tracking.
  • Partner with the Transformation team to support company-wide transformation initiatives through effective communication and branding.
  • Maintain and evolve corporate marketing collateral and brand assets (templates, presentations, visual standards, etc.).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, IT, Finance, and BU leaders on communications, branding, and corporate projects.

What We’re Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing, brand, or corporate communications, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale marketing programs and working with external agencies or creative partners.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills; comfortable crafting both internal and external messaging.
  • Experience managing marketing vendors, budgets, and external creative partners.
  • Hands-on familiarity with marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pardot or WordPress/CMS tools.
  • Strategic thinker with an operational mindset — able to move fluidly between planning and execution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required.

Why Join Us

You’ll have the opportunity to shape how CAI presents itself to the market and its employees as we continue to grow and transform. This role is pivotal in executing corporate marketing programs and communications that support company-wide transformation initiatives, while ensuring clear, aligned messaging across a diverse organization.

As part of a small, high-visibility transformation team, you’ll work directly with senior leadership and business unit marketing leads, own cross-company initiatives, and build the foundation for how CAI tells its story to customers, partners, and employees.
