About the Role:

We’re hiring a proactive Business Development Manager focused on building strong relationships with Prime Vendors who directly support end clients in the US. The goal is simple — bring new contracting opportunities, expand our prime vendor network, and strengthen our presence in the US staffing market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard  Prime Vendors who work directly with end clients.
  • Generate and manage contracting opportunities through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key vendor partners.
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure quick and quality submissions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly business targets.

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in US IT Staffing / Business Development / Vendor Management.
  • Strong existing network with Prime Vendors supporting direct clients.
  • Excellent English communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable working in US time zones.
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, and target-focused professional.
