You will be expected to:

- Support admin tasks in QuickSight (users/groups, folder permissions, basic row‑level security) with guidance;
- Connect QuickSight to AWS data sources (e.g., Redshift, Athena, RDS, S3) using documented runbooks;
- Validate data, troubleshoot issues, and document findings and fixes;
- Maintain clear documentation for dashboards, metrics, and processes;
- (Nice to have) Run simple QuickSight‑related commands via AWS CLI as part of deployment checklists.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- 0–2 years of experience in BI/analytics (relevant internships or projects welcome);
- Hands‑on exposure to Amazon QuickSight (coursework, portfolio, or production support);
- Solid SQL fundamentals (joins, aggregations, window functions a plus);
- Familiarity with AWS data services (one or more of Redshift, Athena, RDS, S3);
- Understanding of data modelling and KPI definition;
- Clear written and verbal communication in English (upper‑intermediate or higher);
- Bonus: AWS CLI basics for QuickSight, Python for data tasks.
