YOUR TASKS
Onepage GmbH is a SaaS company that aims to make it incredibly easy for every entrepreneur to create modern, fast, and highly converting websites and landing pages.

Handling various customer inquiries: You are responsible for the professional handling of customer inquiries, including terminations, technical problems, and questions about software functions.

Communication with the IT team: To effectively resolve customer technical issues, you will work closely with our IT team, using the Linear ticketing software.
-
Process improvement: You have the opportunity to actively participate in improving our internal processes and contribute your ideas for optimization.

Project responsibility: You take responsibility for smaller internal projects and ensure their successful implementation.
YOUR PROFILE
-
Customer service experience: You have already gained experience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints and can communicate professionally and solution-oriented.

Technical understanding: You have a basic technical understanding to help customers solve technical problems. Ideally, you already have experience in creating websites and have worked with website builders.

Knowledge of software and tools: Ideally, you have experience in using various software applications (e.g. Intercom, Stripe, Linear)

Communication skills: You have excellent oral and especially written communication skills in German and English to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.

Teamwork skills: You enjoy working in a team and are able to work closely with the IT team and other departments.

Problem-solving skills: You solve problems proactively and can act calmly and efficiently even in stressful situations.
