Job Description
As a Senior Distribution Network Marketing Integrator, you act as the direct representative of the distribution network within marketing, serving to advance the vision, business objectives and client strategy for the distribution networks assigned to you. You act as the key marketing consultant to the distribution network on all aspects of marketing, collaborating, and influencing different areas that develop the company’s product offerings. You also make recommendations on the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex initiatives that require comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business as well as an in-depth expertise in marketing. You propose recommendations, solutions and action plans based on the network’s objectives and priorities. You share ideas and help solve problems using your analytical skills, your of marketing expertise and your in-depth knowledge of the networks you support. You interact with stakeholders working in diverse fields, interpersonal savvy is therefore essential. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Act as a privileged marketing point of contact with the distribution network, having a full view of what is being offered to the customer and ensuring customer focus in developments
- Work closely with the network to develop growth strategies and offerings that highlight our competitive advantage by bringing your in-depth knowledge of customer, market and channel needs
- Think outside the box to resolve complex issues in an agile and cross-functional environment
- Create presentations that effectively convey insights, ideas, and strategic recommendations
- Assume leadership, functioning with agility and autonomy in a fast-paced environment with a bias towards action when faced with ambiguity
- Maintain a close relationship with the product manufacturing and manufacturing operations sectors and ensure that you are familiar with their reality, needs, issues, objectives and business priorities
- Contribute, from a marketing standpoint, to the development, implementation and promotion of offerings in conjunction with manufacturing, in line with the needs of members and clients, networks, market trends and the company’s priorities and strengths
- Assume a leadership role in conducting marketing diagnostics, positioning and marketing orientations for new offerings. Target and analyze issues, conduct diagnoses, raise concerns where appropriate, and make recommendations to the relevant stakeholders
- Advise and support your partners in the positioning, planning, development, implementation and follow-up of various projects, mandates and strategic orientations under your responsibility

What you bring to the table
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience in marketing and insurance
- Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec
- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English -speaking partners, members and/or clients
