What will your days look like? 

The Director of Marketing position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing, including strategic planning, brand development, lead generation, content marketing, digital marketing, and product marketing. The role will lead cross-functional teams, work closely with sales and product development, and ensure all marketing initiatives align with the company’s growth objectives.

How will your contributions be highlighted?

Main responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, generate leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Run campaigns that target different stages of the buyer’s journey, focusing on acquisition, conversion and retention.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain and enhance the company’s brand presence in the B2B market, ensuring consistency of messaging across all platforms.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, sales materials and customer testimonials.
  • Ensure that the company’s value proposition resonates with target sectors and key decision-makers.

Lead generation and development:

  • Develop and manage inbound and outbound lead generation strategies, including email marketing, content marketing, SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns.
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop lead nurturing campaigns and improve the sales funnel.
  • Use data analysis to track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies to improve information quality.

Team Management:

  • Lead, coach and develop a high-performing marketing team of digital marketers, content creators, graphic designers and analysts.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that drives innovation and results.
  • Set clear objectives, key performance indicators and performance metrics for the marketing department.

Package Marketing:

  • Collaborate with the product development team to ensure that the marketing of new and existing products aligns with customer needs and market demand.
  • Develop product positioning and messages that differentiate the company’s offerings in the market.
  • Support the sales team with tools, presentations and content to successfully execute product launches.

Digital and Content Marketing:

  • Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website management, social media, email marketing, and content marketing strategies.
  • Ensure high-quality content production that aligns with the company’s message and provides value to prospects and customers.
  • Optimize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts.

Collaboration with sales:

  • Align marketing and sales initiatives to ensure a cohesive strategy across departments.
  • Collaborate regularly with the sales team to understand customer needs and adapt marketing strategies to best support sales objectives.
  • Ensure the marketing team delivers high-quality leads and supports the sales pipeline.

Analysis and reports:

  • Track and report on the performance of all marketing activities using analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, CRM data).
  • Use data to make informed decisions and optimize campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management on marketing key performance indicators, return on investment and overall impact on business growth.

What you will bring to LGI Health Solutions to succeed in the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Over 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 4 years in a B2B environment.
  • Proven experience driving growth through lead generation and marketing campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, SEM and marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo).
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • Analytical mind with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with product marketing and ability to translate technical features into customer benefits.
  • This position requires bilingualism since the candidate will be called upon to work with documentation in French and English, and to communicate, orally and in writing, with French-speaking and English-speaking partners/clients/suppliers/colleagues.
