Synder is looking for an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to lead and execute email and lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at nurturing customer relationships throughout their journey. This role involves developing, managing, and optimizing email campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the content resonates with target audiences.
What you will do
- Strategy Development and Implementation: Design and execute comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategies that guide customers through every stage of their journey, from acquisition to retention and re-engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including automated workflows, promotional emails, and triggered communications, ensuring they are timely, relevant, and personalized.
- Email Copywriting: Write persuasive and engaging copy for all email campaigns, ensuring that messaging resonates with the target audience and drives desired actions.
- Creating Newsletters: Develop, write, and design compelling newsletters that inform, engage, and build lasting relationships with our audience, aligning content with company goals and customer needs.
- Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and customer retention to continuously refine and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Graphic Designer, Content, and Sales teams to create impactful email content and designs that resonate with targeted customer segments and align with set objectives.
- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on email marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
What you need
- At least 3 years of experience in email marketing, lifecycle marketing, or a similar role;
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign);
- Thorough knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations;
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting;
- English B2, excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Willingness to accept and integrate constructive feedback.
