What You’ll Do

Ducker Carlisle is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Managing Director to lead and execute the firm’s strategic positioning, marketing, and branding initiatives. This leadership role requires a motivated professional who can collaborate seamlessly with leaders across the organization, manage a dynamic team, and leverage marketing technology to advance the company’s growth objectives. You will play a pivotal role in aligning marketing efforts with our long-term business objectives, while proactively addressing the unique and changing needs of six internally distinct business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s marketing strategy to drive brand growth, client engagement, and revenue generation across the organization.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a small, high-performing marketing team to deliver onstrategic objectives, ensuring collaboration and efficiency.
  • Technology Utilization:
  • Leverage HubSpot as the central CRM platform to streamline campaigns, track leads, and improve customer experience.
  • Utilize UserGems for personalized engagement and driving ROI through customer-based insights.
  • Deploy Influ2 as the ABM platform to build effective account-based marketing strategies targeting high-value customers.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate and maintain alignment using Monday.com to manage workflows, timelines, and deliverables for both internal and external marketing initiatives.
  • Internal Collaboration: Establishstrong relationships with six business units leads, ensuring their unique needs and requests are met while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Data & Analytics: Interpret performance metrics to optimizemarketing campaigns, monitor ROI, and continually refine strategies for growth.
  • Cross-Functional Communication:Act as a marketing leader and key liaison across various departments to align efforts and contribute to broader organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary organization.
  • Strong expertise in marketing platforms, including HubSpot CRM, UserGems, and Influ2.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a small team, fostering collaboration and career growth.
  • Proficiency in project management tools like Monday.com with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across diverse internal teams with differing needs.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze information and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on experience executing ABM campaigns and driving operational excellence.
  • Excellent content and writing skills, with a demonstrated understanding of business language and strategy.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
